Breathe

If you are a sensitive soul (feel things deeply including the energy around you), you may learn how to compartmentalize. To be able to keep going and cope, we learn how to put feelings/emotions in a box. However, it is equally important to take time to just breathe, be still. If not, we may start to feel scattered, angry, anxious and these feelings get stored in our body which could manifest in illness and/or fatigue.

Take time to breathe, be still. If emotions come up, feel them and then move on. It’s a release, a way to cleanse, so you can then fill yourself back up with love.

We all need this reminder from time to time.
